PROMOTION PROPERTY AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING
We provide the necessary management, technical consultancy, and administrative processing services for the obtention of the permits, licenses, and authorization (PLAs) required to obtain the Ready to Build (“RTB”) stage.

CONSULTING ASSETS MANAGEMENT
We are technical-economical experts in the renewable energies and green inversion sectors. We offer an integral service in any of the project phases:
- Viability studies: site visit, layout proposal and connection solution, CAPEX preliminary estimation.
- Processing and Permits: development of administrative projects, processing of construction permits with Municipalities, Industry and Distribution.
- Property engineering: EPC tendering, previous construction works, work supervision and delivery of facilities.
- Detail engineering: elaboration of the necessary documentation for the work execution on the part of the EPCista.
We guide the client in financial buying and selling operations, financing, and bonds emission. We are specialized in asset management and generation of stable portfolios.
