How do we collect the personal information?

When users make use of the platform and, specifically when the platform requests certain personal data that are provided by the users, this information is collected and processed by PEGI Engineering.

The use of the different forms and functionalities enabled in the Web Platform is voluntary. However, some fields are required to attend correctly your petition and in this case, correct provisiono of the service, so that the refusal of the User to enable the information required in the mandatory fields will prevent PEGI ENGINEERING from attending to your request and carrying out the provisiono of contacted services.

PEGI ENGINEERING treats the following data categories collected as detailed:

In the case of the email address we also treat this information in case of subscription to our newsletter, as well as when sending emails to our email address provided in the Platform.

4. Which is the legitimacy of the treatments?

The legitimacy from PEGI ENGINEERING to carry out the processing of the data of the users finds in the consent of the interested party, requested for the specific case, including the consent given for the treatment of the data in the Employment Section of our Platform.

The management of the contracting of services, payment, billing and corresponding shipments is legitimized by the execution of the contract itself.

5. How long do we keep your data?

PEGI ENGINEERING will keep the personal data of the users only during the necessary time to attend and process the information requested, provide the contracted services, and, in general, to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, and as long as it does not revoke the consents granted.

Once the aforementioned deadlines have elapsed, the personal data of the users may be blocked and maintained by PEGI ENGINEERING for the attention of the possible responsibilities arising from the treatment and exclusively during the limitation period of said responsibilities. In case of the data that you provide us in relation to the job offers in which you wish to subscribe, they will be kept for twelve months, from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you indicate otherwise.

PEGI ENGINEERING informs the user that their data will not be communicated to third parties except banks and finantial institutions for the collection of services rendered, and other professionals of the legal field, when such communication is required normatively, or for the execution of the contracted services.
