PGI ENGINEERING now has available the WiredScore certification for its customers
The global digital certification standard for the real estate sector WiredScore is now part of the services that PGI can offer to its clients and has certified technicians prepared for its implementation.
WiredScore and SmartScore are certificates that help owners design and promote buildings with better digital connectivity and smart technology. The first measures a building's level of digital connectivity by classifying it as: WiredScore Certified, WiredScore Silver, WiredScore Gold and WiredScore Platinum. The second, more recent and updated, identifies what qualities and tools constitute a smart building and rates its capability on these parameters. This makes the building, and therefore its owner, able to communicate its connectivity capability as a valuable asset to the building's occupants and increases its price per square meter.
This certification has arrived in May 2021 to our country, but it is present in 12 countries since its creation in 2013. From now on and with the help of PGI ENGINEERING and our WiredScore accredited (AP) certifying technicians, you can make your building have the necessary digital infrastructure and can easily evolve and adapt to rapid technological changes.
